President and Executive Director's Message
Once again resiliency prevailed for the Eastern Ottawa Resource Centre this year, proving that when communities work together, we can make a difference. We are inspired by our staff and volunteers, students, community stakeholders, and donors who have risen to the continued unprecedented challenges of this past year. They ensure that individuals in need of our services receive access to the supports they need. They have demonstrated resilience and dedication to the communities we serve. Amid ongoing global pandemic response, we achieved the opening of a satellite office in the South End of our catchment area and thrilled to announced that we successfully achieved our first full 4 year accreditation with FOCUS Accreditation! None of this would be possible without your continued support. Thank you! It is vital that we acknowledge and thank our clients and their families. Through the continued challenges of the pandemic this year, we are grateful you trusted us to walk alongside you during a time when there are so many obstacles.
We look forward to the challenges of the coming year, as well as seeking opportunities to enhance our services to bring even more value to our community.
